Made in Italy, this is from the MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA 14-15AW men's collection, ⑭ line. It's the same model as the one worn by the model in the image.
It's a Chester coat made of a glen check wool-linen blend.
The front has three buttons and a center vent. The sleeves have real buttonholes, but only the first one is not open.
